Ricky and his staff have been great to work with me. Our vehicle needs a part that takes a bit of time to arrive and Ricky has kept me posted and has guided me through this process really well. His team (Ricky #2 and Garrett) drove me to and from work as I didn't have anyone available to help me out for the first day I was at Expert Auto. They are all helpful, professional, courteous and friendly. I look forward to them taking care of our vehicle when the part arrives. Thank you Ricky!!

I do not hand out praise lightly, especially when it comes to my Bentley Continental GT. This is not a basic vehicle. It requires precision, experience, and a shop that understands what they are touching. As someone new to the area, I quickly learned that 99 percent of shops did not want to take this car on. Most turned me away. Mike and his crew did not. They stepped up and took on the challenge head on without hesitation. Expert Auto delivered on every level! Mike, the General Manager, is a wealth of knowledge. If he does not immediately know an answer, he finds it. That alone separates professionals from guesswork mechanics. He takes the time to explain the work, the reasoning behind it, and the correct path forward. No shortcuts. No assumptions. Absolutely incredible place. I was on a roadtrip and got stuck on the highway because my tire blew out and they were able to get me sorted, fixed all 4 of my tires, and back on the road in only 1.5 hrs!! I asked how long it was gonna take and they said 1.5 hrs and they hit it right on the money. I wasnt left waiting any longer than I needed to be. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I was really scared because I was in a town where I didnt know anyone and their customer service was so good that all of my anxiety calmed down almost instantly. Mike explained everything to me in great detail and even helped me call my warranty company to assist me in filing a claim! I dont think I’ve ever experienced a level of help and guidance like that, not even at the doctor’s office lol. All in all, I HIGHLY recommend Expert Auto and Tire if you need help with anything car related. This is a great group of people who will take care of you and make sure you have everything you need. They go above and beyond and as someone who needed more help than the average person, I really appreciated it.
